Angelo Kontoulas
President and Co-Owner

Angelo founded Carolina Pool Management - Greensboro in 1996 in partnership with the leadership team of The Pool Management Group. A Greensboro native, Angelo is a 1980 graduate of Greensboro College. A former swimming coach whose coaching career spanned over 30 years, he was formerly Head Coach at the Greensboro Swimming Association, Senior Vice Chairman on the North Carolina Swimming Board of Directors and Head Swim Team Coach for Grimsley High School. Angelo's swimming pool management experience spans two decades.

Niki Ash
Human Resources Director

Niki has been part of Carolina Pool Management - Greensboro since 2000.  She started with us as a pool manager, moved up to a Supervisor and was promoted to Human Resource Director in 2006.  A University of North Carolina -Greensboro graduate, Niki is currently obtaining her MBA with a concentration in HR Management.  She oversees all aspects of the Human Resources department and is also oversees the safety training of the entire staff.  She has been an American Red Cross certified lifeguard since 1994, an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor since 2007, and has held the lucrative position of an American Red Cross Instructor Trainer since 2009.

Ryan O'Laughlin
Regional Director

Ryan graduated from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro.  Ryan has been with Carolina Pool Management - Greensboro since 2004 and has been an American Red Cross Lifeguard since 2003 and an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor since 2007.
